Service & Repair
Ivy Biomedical maintains a full service and repair facility in Branford, CT for all of our products. We require a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number be issued for all products prior to return for service.
Product Warranty
Ivy Biomedical provides a twelve month limited warranty on materials and workmanship for all our capital goods (monitors and modules) from time of shipment, plus we provide an additional month to account for your warehousing and transit time (a total of 13 months warranty). All of our accessory items are warranted for 3 months from date of shipment.
